  • Kelly D'Aquilla, LOTR, Co-Owner
Originally from Eunice, LA, Kelly D’Aquilla lives in St. Francisville with her husband, Andy, and their four beautiful children: Josie (14 years), Will (13 years), Collin (9 years), and Drew (6 years). Kelly graduated Magna Cum Laud from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center- Shreveport in 2000 with a B.A.in Occupational Therapy where she was awarded the Faculty Award for Outstanding Student. She also holds an Associate of Science degree from Louisiana State University at Eunice. 
Her nearly 20 years of experience has spanned a multitude of settings and practice areas- from pediatrics to geriatrics, and include inpatient rehabilitation, outpatient therapy, acute care and home health care settings. Kelly has post-graduate training in Neurodevelopment (NDT) techniques, low vision and functional vision therapy, vestibular rehabilition, stroke rehabilitation, kinesio-taping techniques, feeding therapy, executive functioning, and sensory integration. She is currently a certified Interactive Metronome Provider and working towards completion of a certification in the Handwriting Without Tears Curriculum. In addition to working at CTL, Kelly is an Early Intervention provider for the Louisiana Early Steps program, which serves children ages 0 - 3.  

  • Lucie LeDoux, MS, CCC-A/SLP, Co-Owner
Lucie LeDoux is a native of St. Francisville. She and her husband, Scott, returned to the area in 2012 to raise their three beautiful boys, Aden (16 years), Zachary (14 years), and William (8 years). Lucie completed high school at St. Joseph’s Academy in Baton Rouge, LA and obtained a B.A. at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette (then USL) in Communicative Disorders. In 1999, she completed a M.S. in Audiology where the faculty awarded her "Outstanding Graduate Student". Lucie also completed graduate studies in Speech-Language Pathology and has dedicated her career to pediatrics.  Lucie is certified by the American Speech and Hearing Association (ASHA) and licensed by the Louisiana Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology in both Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology.  
After providing speech therapy services in the school system for seven years, Lucie opened Communication Station Pediatric Speech & Language Center in 2011 in Lafayette, LA. Lucie has worked with children exhibiting difficulties in the areas of articulation, oral motor, fluency, voice, and language. Her experience includes Downs Syndrome, Williams Syndrome, Feeding & Swallowing Disorders, Cerebral Palsy, Autism, Developmental Delay, Speech and Language Delay, Learning Disability, Reading Difficulties, and Hearing Impairments. Lucie has obtained mastery of Greenspan's DIR/Floortime Approach for Professionals and has completed training in the Kaufman Approach to Apraxia and Motor Speech Disorders, Beckman Oral Motor, Diane Bahr's Integrated Treatment of Feeding, Speech, and Mouth Function in Pediatrics, and OPT Oral Motor, Feeding & Speech Therapy. She became a Certified Literacy Interventionist in 2015. Lucie is also an Early Steps Provider for Region 2 and is passionate about helping children with developmental skills and believes in a family-centered approach.
